We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases must be returned in their original unopened packaging to maintain their collectible value.
How do I know the items are authentic?
Authenticity is our priority. Every item at PTC Collectibles undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection process and comes with a certificate of authenticity or original brand holographic tags.

To preserve the quality and print of your collectibles, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid direct ironing on graphic prints.
